Hi, I’m Sierra (she/her). I help queer, neurodivergent babes caught in the pattern of people pleasing swap burnout for boundaries and self-doubt for self-love! I have 5 years of experience supporting the neurodivergent girls, gays, and theys through ditching self-abandonment with my integrative, evidence-based approach.

Maybe you’ve already tried working with a therapist, and it felt like working with a sentient sounding board. That’s not how we do things here. We’ll challenge your inner bully, map the experiences that give it steam, and start your hero’s journey.

So what does this mean?

It means therapy can be fun and pull from current or nostalgic media/content that resonates with you so it lands deeper in your body for more transformation. We’ll utilize lessons from your favorite movies, video games, books, etc. You’ll learn somatic soothing and practical skills so you can actually do the things that matter to you without second guessing or self-judgment.
