Greetings! My primary specialty is grief and loss. I also work with anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns, including premarital counseling for queer couples. My approach includes traditional talk therapy as well as expressive arts and outdoor therapy (walk & talk). Video and phone sessions are also available . If you have found that creativity, movement and/or nature assist you in processing big questions in life, then I may be the right therapist for you!
