Therapist Details

You've read, researched, and tried various methods to get out of your head when anxiety hits. Some things have worked, but not enough to create sustainable change. The tightness in your chest and nerves in your stomach are getting old. A sense of calm feels just out of reach which is frustrating. Imagine feeling comfortable in your own skin; less worry, more "normal." Connecting with other people without feeling so awkward or guarded. Those things are possible. Therapy is a great starting place.
My approach is warm and interactive. Together we'll practice mindfulness to calm stress and anxiety symptoms. We'll explore your past to discover what's getting in the way of your present. At times, I use EMDR therapy to help you reprocess troubling life events and enhance healing. Realistically, patience and a willingness to explore your story is needed.

Personally and professionally, I am a part of the LGBTQ+ and adoptee communities. I invite you to contact me to set up a 30-minute consultation (n/c) or a first full appointment. I see clients in person at my Atlanta office at the intersection of 85 and 285. Virtually, I am available throughout GA, NC, and FL.
