Sallie Mack, PhD

Psych
Therapist Details

I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults with symptoms of trauma (PTSD, discrimination, childhood trauma/adversity, relational/attachment trauma), depression, anxiety, relationship issues, identity exploration, life changes, grief, and existential concerns. I use therapeutic treatments that include cognitive-behavioral treatments, person-centered therapy, attachment theory, and interpersonal process theory. I most often use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, as I appreciate their focus on increasing self-understanding and utilizing skills to help us feel more empowered to experience difficult emotions without feeling overcome by them.

As a queer, neurodivergent therapist I am passionate about understanding your unique experiences, perspectives, and values. I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe to be vulnerable and respected as your most genuine self.
