Specializing in trauma and sex therapy, I have a heart for helping people facing challenges under the diverse umbrellas of trauma, gender, and sexuality. I especially love to work with folx who have suffered sexual trauma at any point in their lives, as well as people who are unsure if they are in, are stuck in, or have just come out of wounding relationships (sometimes referred to as "narcissistic abusive" or "toxic" relationships). I also enjoy using my theological background to help people heal scars from religious abuse around gender and sexuality, and am fully affirming in their journeys both within their spiritual traditions and in leaving their traditions, whichever they may choose.
I am an ardent believer in autonomy, that you know what is best for yourself, and that I am here to be a witness and partner in your journey, assisting you in finding your own path and respecting your decisions.

I assist you using both somatic modalities (like Brainspotting) and interpersonal modalities (such as Emotionally Focused Therapy) which allow for both connection and deep healing, and are tailored to your needs, your situation, and your level of comfort (none of which ever involve any nudity, sexual touch, or sexual behavior of any sort). We work together at your pace in a safe, LGBTQ affirming space that is private, quiet, relaxing, nonjudgmental, and comfortable.
