Margaret Bujold
LPCTherapist Details
As a queer therapist, I understand the unique challenges that come with growing up LGBTQ+ and the necessity of connection, of truly being seen. I have extensive experience working with individuals across the LGBTQ+ spectrum of gender and sexual identities, including adults of various cultural backgrounds and stages of identity development.
Life presents us with countless challenges that can make us feel disconnected from ourselves. However, through collaborative exploration, we can break through these patterns to uncover the wisdom embedded in our greatest setbacks. Alongside your journey of healing, I am dedicated to understanding your unique values, perspectives and experiences and will hold a compassionate space for all that emerges. I utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches tailored to meet your needs. I have a background working with a variety of mental health concerns, with an emphasis on depression, anxiety, and trauma, as well as adults seeking support with issues of cultural identity, LGBTQIA+ specific concerns, relationship issues, grief, shame, spirituality, and more. Like life, therapy can be uncomfortable at times. But with the right support, we can free ourselves from the fear of discomfort that prevents us from creating the life we deserve. If you feel ready to break from the patterns standing between you and your most fulfilled life, I invite you to embark on this journey with me.
