With a strong educational foundation and specialized experience, particularly with adolescents, I am equipped to offer valuable support through various life challenges. My aim is to build a trusting relationship with each client, facilitating a therapeutic journey that encourages openness, healing, as well as personal development.
I provide support and insights that are not just in theory, but also in connection to your emotional world. This empathetic approach helps to create and foster trust, encourages openness and facilitates healing, as feeling genuinely understood is essential to the therapeutic process.
To accommodate the needs of my clients, I also offer Saturday & Sunday appointments as well as telehealth. I recognize that traditional office hours may not always fit into busy schedules; I like to provide the flexibility of telehealth as well as weekend hours to ensure that clients can receive the support needed even with full time jobs and school.
