I offer individual therapy for adults, parent and co-parent coaching, therapy groups, and presentations for professionals and the community. I love being a therapist and believe it is sacred work to be trusted with the truth of another's vulnerability, story, and hopes. I have a passion for working with adults with relational/complex trauma, grief, cycle breakers, evolving identities, parents, and those in liminal places who are yearning to walk a more authentic path. Much of my practice is working with those reconfiguring their relationship and family structures, those practicing non-monogamy, and queer parents. I am knowledgeable and affirming of polyamory and am kink informed.
