Lindsay is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified ARISEĀ® Interventionist (CAI). She is trained in EMDR and Flash technique, a new trauma protocol that can be utilized in critical incident crisis situations and with complex trauma. She is also trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Polyvagal Theory, Creative Expressive Therapy, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Ego States and Parts work.

Lindsay takes a special interest in working with trauma, addictions and recovery. She is comfortable having uncomfortable conversations. She specializes in sexual trauma, dissociation, PTSD (C-PTSD), childhood trauma, adoption, divorce, attachment styles, inner child work, college and career counseling, sex and intimacy coaching, executive functioning coaching for neurodivergent individuals, and offers a variety of assessments. She is well versed in navigating the educational system as well and provides coaching for IEP/504 accommodations and College Planning. She works with marginalized populations, specifically LGBTQIA+ individuals. She is an experienced Licensed Professional Counselor and interventionist for mental health, trauma, and addiction needs and is bilingual in English and Spanish languages.

Lindsay is passionate about helping all types of families and individuals navigate crisis and focuses on a whole family approach to healing. She is compassionate and kindly promotes change in family systems. She has extensive knowledge and experience working with families from diverse backgrounds. Her caring heart helps her lead families on a pathway to wellness and recovery. She specializes in process, behavioral and substance use addictions. Her extensive experience with understanding trauma helps her to identify family and individual needs and aids with proper treatment placement for individuals in the family support network.

Lindsay is also able to provide Alcohol/Substance Use Evaluations.
