As a licensed and skilled family therapist, I offer services to individuals and couples. I believe that the individual can be better understood through the context of their relationships (family, romantic, etc.). I have integrated different approaches which includes emotionally focused therapy, somatic therapy, internal family systems and systemic sex therapy. I use a systemic and collaborative approach to help you holistically understand issues and create strategies. I work collaboratively with clients so they feel empowered by the changes we have created together. I will create a safe environment where you will feel understood, valued, and not judged.
