Come exactly as you are. All of you is welcome here.

Here, you will find a nurturing, supportive space where you can get cozy with your emotions, deepen your self-understanding, and connect with your most authentic self. My approach is deeply rooted in compassion, balanced with gentle challenge to foster meaningful growth.

Here’s a little taste of what you can expect:

Collaboration: We’re in this together, and since you're the expert on yourself, your feedback guides our work so we can shape therapy in a way that truly supports you. I deeply honor and appreciate the courage it takes to share what feels helpful and what doesn’t.

Emotions: Life is hard, and society encourages us to push away painful feelings. But buried feelings don’t disappear; they surface in our relationships, our bodies, and our everyday lives. Therapy is a space to unearth those emotions, giving them room to breathe and move through us, to begin the process of healing.

Insight and self-understanding: Our past shapes the lenses through which we see and navigate the world. Together, we’ll explore how these lenses formed, honor how they’ve served you, and gently polish them to better serve you now.

Self-compassion: Compassion is pure gold, and you deserve it. Self-compassion is foundational to building lasting confidence and a deeper sense of self-worth. (If reading this makes you cringe or you catch yourself thinking you don’t deserve compassion, that's all the more reason to do this work.)

Authenticity: We’ll work to clear the fog made up of societal pressures, inherited expectations, and internalized messages that have gathered over time. Our aim is to clear the view to see what truly belongs to you, allowing you to choose what you want to carry forward, so you can live more fully and freely on your own terms.

In addition to working with individuals, I also support couples and polycules in nourishing their bonds. Whether you’re navigating monogamous or nonmonogamous relationships, I understand the unique complexities these dynamics can bring, especially within the LGBTQ+ community. I draw from the Gottman Method, with its many research-backed tools, but primarily use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which helps partners deepen emotional connection through becoming more emotionally accessible, attuned, and engaged. Together, we’ll work toward building the deep, connected, and fulfilling relationship(s) you long for.

I am working under the direction of Dr. Sophia Aguirre, Ph.D., CGP, FAGPA and under the supervision of Carrie Gensler, MA , LPC, CCTP, CPCS in pursuit of advanced licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia.
