As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am deeply passionate about facilitating healing and fostering secure, loving bonds in relationships. With a specialization in trauma-informed therapy for individuals and couples, my goal is to guide you through your journey of healing and transformation.

In our collaborative work together, I will support you in breaking free from unhealthy patterns of behavior, navigating emotional triggers, and enhancing communication and conflict resolution skills. Through the integration of self-regulation and co-regulation techniques, we'll reshape your nervous system to promote emotional resilience and connection.

I have received specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Polyvagal Theory (PVT). My advanced training in EFT with Michael Barnett, LPC, founder of the Atlanta Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy, includes completion of the EFT Externship, Core Skills Training, and ongoing supervision. Additionally, I am trained in Polyvagal Theory by Deb Dana, LCSW, a founding member of the Polyvagal Institute, which informs my understanding of the body's path from emotion to behavior.

As an LGBTQIA+ allied therapist, kink-aware, and poly-friendly practitioner, I strive to create a safe and affirming space for all individuals I work with. With over 14 years of clinical experience, I am a Clinical Member of esteemed organizations including the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), Atlanta Center for Emotionally Focused Therapy (ACEFT), and the Polyvagal Institute (PVT).
