I am a 59 year old cisgender female therapist specializing in Women's Issues since 2005. My approach to therapy combines psychodynamic (insight-oriented therapy) and feminist theory with several body-based somatic approaches such as Meditation and Mindfulness, EFT Tapping and Acupressure, Progressive Counting, Hypnosis and other evidence-based trauma resolution methods.
