I am a 60 year old cisgender female therapist specializing in Women's Issues since 2005. My specialties include Trauma Resolution, Emotional Eating and Binge Eating, LGBTQ Issues and Coming Out Later in Life, Relationship Issues, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Grief, Loss, Aging, Chronic Pain, Chronic Illness and more.

Since 2014, I have facilitated a Women's Coming Out Later in Life Support Group for women who are curious, questioning or navigating shifts in their sexual orientation, identity and how they are moving through the world.

Through a feminist lens, I combine insight-oriented therapy with several body-based approaches including Somatic processing, Meditation and Mindfulness, EFT Tapping, Progressive Counting, Hypnosis and other evidence-based trauma resolution approaches.
