As a femme plus size person of color, I understand what it means to move through a world that can feel like it was not designed for you. I am here to help you on your own journey towards understanding, accepting, and embracing what makes you, you. As a multiracial person who understands the difficulties of navigating the intersection of multiple marginalized identities, I enjoy working with clients from unique and diverse cultures and backgrounds and clients who identify with the LGBTGEQ+ community. I also have experience working with individuals and groups, and have a specialized education in working with clients who have visible and/or invisible disabilities.

My counseling style is open, supportive, strength-based, and warm. Together, we will explore who you are, identify what goals you have for yourself, and discover what counseling and coping strategies will work best to guide you on your path toward those goals. I am grateful and honored to be a part of my clients' journeys toward self-exploration, balance, and self-love.
